‘Adavi’ – an insight

The new movie from Ramgopal Varma ‘Adavi’ has Nitin and Priyanka Kothari n the lead. The story revolves around a film unit that gets lost in the forest while camping for a night and since then, one by one, each member starts getting killed by an unseen force.

How they fight their way out forms the essence. However, Ramu says that more than creating the fear, his focus was on showing the human drama given the professional egos of each individual and their traits.

The shooting took place in deep jungles of Sri Lanka which were quite close to the LTTE bases. Ramu from his end has been quite bold and the film will soon be hitting the screens now.
